Being dyslexic myself, I have great understanding of why it is important to find individualised methods to support learning. whilst travelling a long journey of self-discovery to complete my higher education qualifications, I realised the importance of using a toolkit of support strategies, both in study and in the workplace. Several years experience in this field gives me an understanding on how tricky it can be to find the right support.
I incorporate relaxation, yoga and mindfulness into my daily life and can see the benefits in regards to managing the stresses of life, and improving coordination and concentration
